The front desk staff = esp. Hoi was so helpful and kind to a bunch of old ladies! The location of the hotel was superb. Close to everything. Love the uniqueness of the hotel and its history. It was an experience for sure. Don't always need huge room etc.
I had a single room and it was VERY small. But not in room much so didn't really matter.

Excellent location.
Small hotel with maze-like room location and stairs to the room. Fairly kind front desk staff who appeared to know very little about the place because she was “new”, but helped lift luggage up to the 3rd floor.

Close to everything in Old Town. And not very noisy despite being at the center of the late night crowd. Breakfast at the pub was excellent as well.
Was hard to connect to stuff on the TV.

Location was very lively
Very basic room although bathroom facilities were spotless. Spotted 2 mice in the corridor the morning we were leaving. There was nobody on reception to notify so just left keys on desk and left.
