Best location in Edinburgh - near everything (train, bus, old town, castle, grassmarket (restaurants/pubs)... Impeccable service (Zak was particularly helpful!). Loved it!

This hotel is perfectly situated in Edinburgh. The room was comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Every interaction we had with staff was very nice, helpful and supportive. We had no problems with our stay. The rooftop patio was a great placed unwind after walking Edinburgh all day.

All round excellent stay. Staff were superb, friendly helpful and eager to please. Location was ideal and Edinburgh old town on the doorstep.
