Beautiful old building, lovely atmosphere. Comfortable rooms and lovely bathroom. Nice space inside and out. Friendly helpful staff. Great little food van outside which the Ollerod also allowed to be eaten in their bar. Parking available on site. Nice breakfast too.

The building itself looks lovely our room was nice apart from one of the single beds was sloping down massively so we had to bolster it up with 3 cushions so as didn’t fall out of it. Lovely wide bath which was nice.
We didn’t feel it was value for money especially as no full english breakfast available was only offered eggs, with half a slice of sourdough toast. There was also no menu available in the evening as something broken in the kitchen! (Should have been told this at the time of booking really) only a takeaway van in the car park we didn’t fancy what was on offer so went up the road to the pub. Bar man a bit OTT (too pushy)
