The rooms were clean and fully equipped: iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner/body lotion, kettle, etc. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The elevator goes above the 1st floor, so that must be an outdated description. The staff were really kind and helpful with everything, not to mention the professionalism with which they handled our late check-in and luggage storage after check-out.

New hotel in an excellent location. Good value for money (considering the location). Nice looking bar on the ground floor. Very pleasant reception staff and quick response for a battery for the TV remote! Bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom and shower good. All decor very nicely done.
It was a small room (which we expected). However, the double bed was only accesible from one side. Acceptable for one night stay.

the room used for breakfast is actually the bar area. there are no specific dining tables but a series of small round tables that you would normally see in a bar. if there were 4 sharing a table it is extremely tight.
the first room was incredibly small. the smallest hotel room i've ever seen. we were offered an alternative in the lower ground which didn't have a window but was more standard in size
