Superb location, opposite St Olave's church and the city gardens, which were a wonderful way to get into town, about 5 mins walk, and 2 mins down to the river. The hotel was very comfortable, excellent shower and lovely towels and linen, we slept really well - very quiet area at night despite central location! Fresh milk provided for tea & coffee which was a nice touch. It was a great base for exploring York. We didn't use the in-room breakfast service (this hotel doesn't have a restaurant or dining room) but found good places nearby instead. We really liked it.

Location was excellent
View onto a building site, coffee machine provided but provide 2 pods for two nights pretty mean especially for £250 a night hotel.
