Good breakfast. Nice room. Convenient location.
There was a bit of a difficulty with a late checkout. We thought hotel was offering us a free late checkout by two hours. Something got lost in translation and we were charged 30% of room rate. 😒 I did challenge it with the man on reception, but he said he had explained clearly. I dont think he did as our flight was early hours of the next morning.I think it was just a language difficulty. And I don't speak Vietnamese.

items in the room didn’t work, such as the fridge and safe, although they were changed to accommodate us. also the cleanliness was not great
