Hotel Bären Titisee

Moeilijk om een keuze te maken. Het totale pakket was uitstekend. Hygiëne, vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid personeel, de kwaliteit van het eten en de faciliteiten, alles echt top.

Niets viel tegen.

Ons verblijf was in één woord uitstekend! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en de kamers waren groot en heerlijk proper. Daarnaast hebben we ontzettend lekker gegeten; het eten was echt van hoge kwaliteit. Wat dit verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was het attente personeel. Ze stonden altijd met een glimlach voor ons klaar en gaven ons echt een welkom gevoel. Een absolute aanrader!

When we arrived with our small dog they told us that we should have informed them in advance and they dont let dogs in Classic Rooms which we booked, we have been to various hotels across Europe and it never happened, if we select a pet friendly hotel and pay some extra charges for the pet if needed. Then we were also told that there is no comfort room available and we will have to leave. Coming to Titsee for two days without stay and no return ticket for the day, we requested to look for something. Then we were told there is a Suite available with the rate 250 euro extra, not having another option we had to pay this money, so we ended spending 700 euros for two nights stay. I don't blame the reception team as they did what they were told, but we really felt we are been forced to overpay due to the losses in past months. I wish you could write more clearly in your room types in dogs are not allowed in Classic rooms etc., Pets are also our part of the family and we do not like such decretion.
