Schönes modernes Hotel mit toller Lage

Gute Lage nah am Badeparadies, Parkplätze neben dem Hotel, gutes Frühstück, schöner sauberer Wellnessbereich, Trinkwasser umsonst

Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem und die Heizung hat nachts immer stark geheizt und war nicht abzustellen. Leider war auch das Dampfbad im Wellnessbereich defekt.

Perfekte Auszeit im Schwarzwald

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Bahnhof ist direkt vor der Tür. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants oder auch der See zu erreichen. Der Feldberg ist sehr schnell zu erreichen.

I would come back and stay at this hotel again when I visit next time

Very friendly staff, Mladen was very, very helpful and did an amazing job helping me to organize balloons and flowers (that I ordered from a garden store) for my partner, and the extra things they did to our room to make it more special! He made our stay fantastic 11/10! The breakfast was also delicious! Room was very clean, location for us was perfect (at a train station but wasn’t too loud). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Mladen and the Coucou team!

Les chambres étaient très sympas. Elle correspond à nos attentes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner grand choix.

Le restaurant très dècu. Les serveurs pas très compétent et serviable! Manque de professionnalisme. La nourriture n'était pas à nos attentes, les aliments sont arrivé tièdes.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof.

Freundliches Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wunschzeiten für Saunaaufenthalt wurden unkompliziert erfüllt.

Schade, dass die Dampfsauna ausser Betrieb war.

Frühstück, Abendessen, nettes und ausgestelltes Personal ,,

Umgebung ums Hotel,zb,am Eingang von Bahnhof wahr viel Zigarettenstummeln auf dem Boden, keine Aschenbecher auf beiden Seiten.

Erholsam und sehr zufrieden

Fast wirklich alles . Das beste war die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Wellnessbereich.

Leider das Abendessen . Die Burger haben uns nicht geschmeckt . Dafür war der Salat Teller sehr gut und der Service auch .

Die Dame am anderen Tag in der Rezeption hat den Ärger dann etwas gemindert. Hätten wir uns nicht über das kalte Zimmer

Sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, feines Frühstück.

Fenster war offen & Heizung abgestellt als wir unser Zimmer betreten haben & das im Januar, Abends. Auf unser Nachfragen, ob sie kein freies warmes Zimmer hätten. Meinte die Dame an der Rezeption. Sie könne ja nicht in jedes Zimmer schauen gehen, ob da warm sei.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Für einen Kurzurlaub die perfekte Lage. In 10 Min.zu Fuss im Badeparadies. Nähe Zentrum. Einfach, aber modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Angebot reichhaltig aber nicht übertrieben.

Kurzurlaub in Titisee

Das Ambiente war super. Ein Haus mit Geschichte, alt und neu wurden hier vereint. Tolle Betten, super Dusche, interessante Details. Der Service war auch immer freundlich. Wir waren dort um unseren Hochzeitstag zu begehen. An dem speziellen Tag war unser Bett mit Stoff Blüten als Herz dekoriert und es gab eine Grußkarte und eine kleine Flasche Sekt. So geht Service. Das Frühstücks Büfett war auch immer sehr umfangreich und ausgewogen. Vieles in Bio Qualität. Das Abendessen hat uns auch gefallen. Geschmacklich sehr lecker. Durch den 3tägigen Aufenthalt erhielten wir noch die Konuskarte. Damit konnte man kostenlos direkt mit dem Bus zum Badeparadies fahren. Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann man damit Bus und Bahn im Schwarzwald unentgeltlich nutzen. Super. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in Titisee.

Im grossen und ganzen ok

Das Frühstük war umfangreich. Buffet wurde immer nachgefüllt. Die Zimmer freundlich ,hell ,ruhig nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Ohne Teppich. Es gab auch kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit etwas vom Hotel entfernt.

Das Personal war unaufmerksam und für uns ist Grüssen das a.und o Trotz Platzreservierung mussten wir in Mitten des Raumes den ungemütlichsten Tisch mit fremden teilen. Um unsere Zweisamkeit geniessen zu können, hätte ich doch einen kleinen Tisch für uns erwartet. Es hatte noch welche frei, die wir trotz Nachfrage nicht nutzen durften. Leider blieben diese den ganzen Abend leer.

Air con in the room would be better- It was very hot when we stayed and keeping the windows open meant it was quite noisy due to the train station behind. A kettle would also be good, so we can make ourselves a hot drink.

Not much, but the breakfast was OK. Didn’t really get the cuckoo theme. Go figure.

They have stripped almost every vestige of comfort possible from the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, no wardrobe or storage space, no luggage rack. There’s a desk and an office chair, but as the desk is virtually the only flat surface to put something on other than the floor, there would be no room to use it as a desk. Basically, no thought whatsoever has been given to the guests’ comfort or convenience.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located at the town train station but we have not heard any noise coming from the station.

There was no AC. The weather was very warm, and it was not very comfortable to be in the room during the day. The vent provided was very loud. Breakfast was a big disappointment, it was not good, and I am not talking about the low variety of options it simply didn't tasted good to my opinion.

Superb

Large room and bathroom. Good restaurant and good breakfast included. Great to have access to the sauna and steam room. Good location. Do not fear being by the station, you don't hear the trains.

The restaurant needs more staff in the evenings.

Clean,good location,modern room,bathroom,sufficient breakfast

My room was S on the 2 floor.At the site of hotel written that wi fi is at every place.Wi fi signal was so weak,,almost no existant.If I now this before ,I would book another room or hotel.There were 2 routers on the floor,but I think that they didnt work,on the 1 floor they did.What is it? Economy of electricity by hotel?.The shame!

Boutique rooms with a sleek modern appeal

We really enjoyed our stay at this new and efficiently run hotel. Lifts were a help, as was the secure parking in reserved places nearby. Our room was fresh, warm and prepared to perfection and we loved the way everything was arranged in a place with a purpose. We found the mattress very comfortable. Breakfast provided a very tasty selection of cereals, bread, croissants, juice and cold meats

Without a reservation, the hotel restaurant was unable to find us a table

Gym should have a better price for the hotel guests breakfast can have more local traditional products.
