The family room was great. Very spacious and provided privacy as well as great experience for the kids. We loved the view from the balcony.
Very good breakfast with tasty food, just missing some vegetables variety.
The hotel has a private beach and the location is amazing.
Perhaps AC in the rooms as it was quite hot

Great location near the lake and close to town. The private beach is a great place to relax.
Enjoyed the free pool table in the evening with teen boys.
Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Rooms were big and spacious.
There is a road between hotel and private beach.
Decor feels quite dated and uninspiring.
Church next door plays its bells from 7am with a big alarm ringing at 8am!

From the very start the staff were amazing and friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. Lovely room with fantastic view. Breakfast and evening meals were first class. Joquin, Mario and all the staff were top notch. I don't normally write reviews but the staff deserve a lot of credit.
Air-con would be a bonus but the evening are cooler so opening the door to the balcony was fine.

The locations was excellent. The pool and fitness area was good. The beach area was pleasant.
I booked a junior suite with sofa bed. The junior suite did not have a sofa bed it has a put you up bed for a child. This was very bad marketing. Very disappointing for us as two single ladies who wanted separate sleeping space.
