Just a 5-minute walk from Titisee. The room was clean and comfortable. There are enough parking spaces.
Check-in was fully automated, and there were no staff on site.

The location was definitely a highlight—just a short walk to Badeparadies Schwarzwald and the town center, which has lots of charming little shops, cozy restaurants, and ice cream stands. It was a lovely area to explore on foot.
The breakfast was okay—nothing fancy, but it had the essentials to start the day.
Unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing. The hotel has no reception, and check-in is done via an automated machine at the entrance. When I entered my name, the machine showed “no booking found”. I had to try again using the Booking.com confirmation number, which finally worked.
However, my friend, who had a separate booking, had a much worse experience. The machine didn’t recognize her name or booking number. We started trying to check her in at around 6:15 PM, and after at least five phone calls, she was finally able to enter the room at 7:30 PM. Even accessing the room required two or three additional calls—a very frustrating and time-consuming process.
The room itself was basic: no fridge, no safe, and it was extremely hot—almost sauna-like—which made it very difficult to sleep. We stayed in mid-June, and the lack of air conditioning or proper ventilation was a major issue. I had to keep the windows open at night just to get some airflow, which wasn’t ideal.
What was supposed to be a smooth and enjoyable stay turned into a stressful experience.
