Central location. Room was cleaned every day. Hot water. Fridge. Sitting area. Safe and secure. Codes sent in time before arrival. Contact with hosts good.
Room was a little small so had no desk or anywhere to place a cup of tea. View was of inner courtyard and we stayed a week.

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities.
I would prefer a physical reception with a person on it. I had some questions about the check-in and it was a bit frustrating to have to message via booking.com. My room wasn’t ready at 14:00 and there was no available storage for my case at the sister hotel. I had actually arrived early and if I had known about the luggage in advance, I would have left it somewhere else.

The location was ideal, as the hotel was in the Old Town. It was literally 5 minutes from the Cathedral, which is a major attraction. Lots of souvenir shops nearby and good transport links. There was also a supermarket next door which was very convenient. Also, the staff responded quickly to any queries or requests.
Could have done with a bigger ironing board, but I managed. I would have liked a writing desk, but again it was not a major issue,

For location you cannot ask for a better location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entrance hall is stunning - beautiful building.
It was immaculately presented. For a night or maybe two it was fine.
The room was very noisy, we could even hear the neighbours making tea/coffee.
It was hot and the window doesn't allow in air. The fan doesn't work without the lights being on. Was this just us, did we do something wrong? The window backs onto the back of the property which is a bizarre set-up. For a night or two it was ideal. It's probably more of a 7.5 if you take everything into consideration.
