Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish.

As a solo traveler in Bilbao for the first time, I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The location is ideal, in my opinion, and the staff were smiley and easygoing.
My room was on the top floor, 406, and there was only a skylight (or sky window) and no other windows, so it felt a bit strange but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me since plenty of light still came through.
Some drawbacks: the walls are very thin; the elevator is extremely slow; and you should definitely make sure that if you’re staying at this hotel with someone that you two are very comfortable around each other because there is ZERO bathroom privacy in the rooms 😅

Lovely hotel and room, staying for 2 nights and downgrading room the 2nd night but the staff have been incredibly accommodating. Would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Very nice place in old town. Many nice eats close by. Nice, affordable and clean room with quirknes on how the bathroom is set up. But perfect for our one night stay. Friendly and helpful Staff. Will come back for sure.
