Great central location, close to transport infrastructure and central location. Clean stylish room overlooking plaza (but limited view with locked window). Multiple dinner / bar options literally outside your door!
It was perfectly adequate, although maybe a little cramped. The check-in procedure is a little disjointed/ impersonal involving phoning/ texting to arrange a meet-time or checking-in at a different property, but it worked fine. Breakfast was also in a neighbouring restaurant: it was enjoyable, but not overly generous.

Very well located in the city center of Bilbao. Everything is walking distance. Close to supermarkets and all the pintxo bars in Plaza Nueva. The location is the main attractive point of the room.
The walls are too thin, and you can hear EVERY single person coming in and out, plus we had some noisy neighbors who apparently got drunk overnight and they decided it was a good idea to start yelling at 2AM. It seemed they were in the same room.
