Everything was to a high standard
The fan. Kept switching off throughout the night and turning the light on. Happened 9 times. Fan would run for between 20-45 minutes, cut off and light would turn on. Had to use remote each time to turn light off and fan back on. Please provide a manual for future guests if weather requires fan use

The location was good for central Bilbao
We were unable to check in until after the checkin time inspite of requesting early check in. There was also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which we felt was disappointing.
