This is a great hotel in the heart of Bilboa. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. Very friendly people and excellent hospitality. The breakfast at the Ola restaurant was wonderful. Great food and the service was absolutely superb. The waitstaff was so warm and welcoming. Really makes the experience feel special.

The hotel is in an ideal part of Bilbao's old town but still in walking distance to all the major attractions.
A great hotel with super staff and a great breakfast cooked fresh every morning with plenty of variety.
If going to use public transport get a Baizka card and you will save a significant amount across all you travels.
If wanting to go to San Sebastian make sure you book a seat for the bus these sell quickly especially the early ones
Will certainly return if in Bilbao

We stayed here for one night . The hotel and room were spotless and the staff incredibly helpful. The location was great too. Would throughly recommend .
