Brought my Mum to Sydney for her first time, loved how convenient everything was , theatre across the road, L2 light rail to Circular Quay, also used it for Darling Harbour then walked maybe 8 minutes there. The hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly. Definitely will be back for future Sydney holidays.
Pillows was hit and miss for me. Used the bottom pillow, as found the top pillow too firm.

It was a shame that we had so many things to do because I didn't want to get out of the bed it was divine... so comfy. Everything was clean... the shower pressure was awesome. Loved the rock feature outside the balcony (18th floor). For someone terrified of heights, it created a buffer so not the shear drop like in most hotels. All the staff were great, friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would have loved is a buffet breakfast. I love a good hotel buffet breakfast.. however... I can understand why you don't have a restaurant due to the location as we were spoilt for choice with the surrounding restaurants, shops and cafe's.

Good spot , pool ,spa, gym
Asked to get room clean as it was a 8 day stay , was told was for next day , so went out all day and wasn’t cleaned so asked again next morning, wasn’t done , then they turn up at 5pm as we were getting ready to go out for dinner . Only asked them to do the rubbish and change sheets , which they only did sheets and not the pillow cases , they did remove them but didn’t replace , so went 2 nights with out pillow cases , would of been nice if room was properly cleaned maybe twice over 8 days not just once and only half done
