Excellent value for money, would definitely stay here again

It was very well situated near to a lot of places to eat and drink and the light railway for getting around the city

The bathroom was a little jaded would benefit from an upgrade

Grease stay

The location. Central to everything. Would stay again no problem.

The room layout and a little out dated. But the value for money was good. Went to watch Greaae the Musical. A little disappointed with the show.

Convenient to Capitol Theatre

Convenient location, room clean and tidy, comfortable beds.

The bathroom. I'm 160 cms and my son is 185 cms and we both had problems with the proximity of the toilet facing a wall. The shower was at my son's shoulder height. The bathroom wasn't functional.

Staff at Metro Marlow made our overnight stay super easy and enjoyable. Thank you 🙏🏻

The staff at metro Marlow were so hospitable. Our vehicle was too big to fit in the normal carpark so staff made arrangements for us to park in the staff parking/loading dock which was very much appreciated by our touring party. We would definitely return due to the exceptional and helpful service that was provided to us.

We are tall guys, so the shower was the only thing that was a bit too small and pokey for us.

Close to everything, perfect position

A little out dated. Shower didn't have much pressure and was low roofing so my parter couldn't really fit in it being tall. No microwave or toaster, would have loved to have those in room

Value for money convenient location better suited to overnight rather than extended stays.

Easy to get to central location. Close to Central Station and light rail stops. Proximity to Capitol Theatre is excellent if you’re attending a show. Comfortable beds.

Lots of street noise during the night and also not the cleanest hotel compared to others I’ve stayed in. Staff were accommodating, but not one smile from any of them during any interactions..

Great hotel and location for a short city stay

We have stayed here a few times before and it’s always been a really good stay. This time we had The Junior Suite which was lovely and roomy, clean and comfy a corner room with a good view. Excellent location as well.

I would like to see another option other than full cream milk in the fridge for someone like myself that cannot drink this!

The location was awesome. It was central to basically everything. You are in CBD of Sydney and if you are active then you can walk everywhere. The trams are great to get you to place quicker, as are the trains. It is very cheap to travel. You can just swipe your debit card to travel to save purchasing the cards that most people use. We went from Central Train Station to Circular Quay and it was $1. Sydney is a hive of activity and the FOOD, oh my goodness! It's food haven. If you love Asian food, you will not be disappointed. The room was decent size. The bathroom had bath/shower set up. My bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat/hard, so it wasn't easy getting off to sleep. Wifi was free but slow. We stayed 2 nights. I was lucky to go and see Beauty and the Beast at the Capitol Theatre which was across the road from the Hotel. Definitely stay here but take your own pillow if you can. The parking is at the World Square centre which is a block away. The lift to the carpark is very slow. The Hotel will verify your parking ticket for a huge discount. It works out to be $40 per night. eg. If you park at 3pm, then you have until 3pm the next day to leave without paying anymore.

I'm not sure about all the rooms, but they should upgrade their beds and pillows if required.

Great location and Max at the front desk was so lovely and couldn't do enough to help!

Great location, easy, quick walk to light rail to take you anywhere. Everything (shops, Circular Quay, parks, ferries, trains are within walkable distance.

Taxi stop was bit tight with busy street with no formal parking slots for taxis. Train station wasn't very near but can walk.

Great central location to stay

It was a great location right near Central Station which made it very easy for us. I left my charger in the room and was able to get it back a few days later. Location was very central to everything we needed.

The bathroom is very dated and needs refreshing but still served its purpose.

Good location & good value for money - But they should warn you about the bathroom & wifi.

staff were super friendly, Location was really good, Comfy bed

No wifi - It was so slow and laggy meaning we had to spend lots of money on data, The bathroom is really tiny and the shower is over a bath and if you are tall ish person you have no hope in washing your hair
