The location was fantastic right across the street from Capitol Theatre and restaurants.

Perfect location with friendly helpful staff. We were after a hotel close to Central Station for an early departure the next morning. Caption was ideal.

Very modern, clean, very fresh.
Front counter takes up most of the space in foyer in front of lifts. Can be awkward trying to get in and out of foyer lifts with people in the way and stopping
