The room was extremely comfortable, some of the comfiest hotel beds I’ve slept in! The room was spacious and clean, and it was great to have access to 24hr room service as I had some late evenings at a conference. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was very convenient to store my luggage on site before and after check out.

Fantastic stay for Sydney Marathon weekend. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, our room was quiet and very comfortable, and the location near Central Station made getting around Sydney easy. Breakfast had a huge range, housekeeping was excellent every day, and we really appreciated the cold filtered-water station and the complimentary Sydney Marathon refreshment station for runners. We were also given an early check-in, and the staff even helped us with plates and a knife for my daughter’s birthday cake. This was our second stay here and we would happily return again.
Honestly, nothing. We had no complaints during our stay.

The location was very central, room was spacious and had a water station downstairs to fill up bottles.
Room cleaning was inconsistent, some days they cleaned some days they didn’t. Did not refill body wash dispenser and we ran out on our first night.
