This is a great sized room for staying long term with full size kitchen and bathroom. I liked the bedroom was sectioned off from the living area. Bed was very comfy too. It was quiet and had a nice size balcony as well.
Very small gripe is that privacy was not great due to large window overlooking an office block. Once you open the blind anyone can see you sitting at the kitchen table. All that's needed is a soft thin veiled curtain that lets light in but prevents prying eyes. Nothing else stood out as a problem.

A spacious and well equipped mini apartment. A huge bed and a quiet location right in the CBD
It wasn't clear until we arrived that parking was available, although at a pricey $50.
