Beautiful decor and great staff
Single beds in twin room were on a tilt and uncomfortable

We arrived early but our room was ready so we were able to check in straight away; the room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities described, and the breakfast excellent.
The hotel is ideally situated for the Museums and Royal Albert Hall and a very short walk away from South Kensington underground station.

The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was serviced every day and the towels were changed every day. The location was perfect with loads of cafés and restaurants on the doorstep
The bed was a bit firm but the pillows were really nice.

The location was great staff were friendly
Had to go to a separate area for breakfast, which was a franchise which required additional funding.
