Nice and well maintained hotel. Perfect location for our purposes with South Kensington station close by.

Some of the staff spoke rather poor english and there several small mix-ups diring oir stay. Nothing critical.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel. I like the fact that it is close to hyde park as well as knightsbridge and mayfair. The location is one of the biggest USPs of the hotel.

Directions to rooms could be marked better. for the first few times, it took me a while to figure out where my room was or i took the longer route to my room.

There was a Filipino lady that was on the desk at breakfast that was very abrupt and balled me out over the breakfast booking in front of other guests. I had paid for breakfast at the check in desk the night before but she said I had not.

- Cleaners were vacuuming near my table while I was having breakfast (unprofessional) - staff were clearing out the buffet while others still didn’t finish their breakfast

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt was verrukkelijk (wel behoorlijk aan de prijs), de afternoon tea was een super ervaring. De kamer was prima en werd elke dag heel netjes schoongemaakt.

Voor een tweepersoonskamer was het wat aan de kleine kant. En er stond maar één stoel (en een krukje). Met z’n tweeën is het wel fijn om allebei te kunnen zitten.

Excellent location within short walking distance to both Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. Beautiful decor and very clean. Lovely comfortable rooms. Concierge staff are friendly and highly efficient in organising taxi's etc. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at this hotel and on both occassions found the reception and breakfast room staff to be rude and unfriendly. Check-in is slow and you get no feedback from staff while they are glued to their computer screens. At breakfast had to ask numerous staff members for cutlery and coffee.

Es war eine tolle Lage und ein schönes Zimmer mit Bad. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Es hätte ein bisschen größer sein können, aber für die paar Tage war es völlig ausreichend.

Great location. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very attentive.

There were a few small issues and discrepancies between the room description and what it was. We were placed on floor 1/2, which has several areas with steps which was genuinely difficult to navigate with a big suitcase. The room did not have a window to the outside, which was not in the room description. It looks over the atrium with flickering light. The coffee machine or the chromecast did not work, and we were over the bar, which was noisy. Generally a pleasant stay, but many small annoyances I didn’t expect for the price of the room.

Nice hotel, beatifully decorated with an excellent location. We stay in a deluxe twin room very clean, spacious and confortable. The hotel staff is very attentive. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Five minutes walk to the South Kensington tube station. Walking distance to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. Lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and good quality fit-out.

Room was on 3/F and was very (too) small (luckily I was solo). Shower was part of bath (which is poor design considering hardly anyone uses a bath anymore) and shower screen was tiny which meant spraying the entire bathroom.

L’accueil. La localisation parfaite dans Londres (accès métro/aeroport…) La décoration superbe dans tout l’hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner bien fourni et très bon! On y retournera c’est sûr!!!

La salle de bain trop petite. Mais les produits de douche et shampoing étaient très bons.

La limpieza mala, la habitación que estuvimos la 022 tiene un venta falsa y un ruido constante de unas máquinas que hay en una sala contigua , que era imposible dormir. La moqueta ,por favor que quiten ya las moquetas con ese olor a pies sucios. El cheking que solo se puede entrar a partir de las 15:00 estando la habitación preparada. La televisión de veía con saltos de imagen por un tema de conexión a Internet. El WiFi es lento. Las almohadas son muy incómodas. Y el baño huele a tubería sucia que es insoportable.

La première chambre qui nous a été attribué, un placard avec le bruit et l extraction de l hôtel. Inacceptable de proposer ce genre de chambre dans un 5* Hilton. Nous avons du demander à être surclasser pour avoir une chambre plus correcte en taille avec une vue normale, dans cette nouvelle chambre malheureusement tout n était pas parfait, extérieur de la salle de bain pas correctement nettoyée et quelques imperfections dans la chambre, le lit on peut faire un mieux…

Super friendly staff, the room was clean and had everything you needed. The location was great and out the way but still central. We didn't spend much time at the hotel but would recommend.

Camera troppo piccola piano terra sulla strada. Siamo arrivati e aria condizionata era accesa, con un freddo bestiale fuori. Nella camera non riuscivamo nemmeno ad appendere abiti nell’armadio troppo piccolo. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.
