Great location, clean apartments. The receptionist staff were friendly and helpful. Nice modern kitchen. Really nice to have an outside space. Apartments in quiet location, close to facilities such as supermarkets, tube station and restaurants.
No air conditioning, people in the apartment below were noisy, beds were not comfortable, I expect the mattresses were old and needed replacing. Smell of cigarette smoke in master bedroom.

Great staff they couldn’t have been more helpful, very comfortable bed, nice quiet street at night.
It was during the heatwave, they did provide an aircon unit but ideally the flat would have required two, one for the living area/sofa bed and one for the bedroom.

Good sized lounge with pleasant view at the back of the property. Quiet. Fab location next to many eateries and nice hotels. 3 mins walk to Earl’s Court tube. 8 mins walk to glosser road tube.
Could feel mattress springs. Ceiling Fan in bedroom made a little noise constantly throughout the night.
No dressing table or simple points such as a box of tissues, no hand wash in kitchen. Bedroom area was a bit squashed. Slippers and dressing robe would have been good. Bathroom also squashed.

Nothing much to like.
Everything. The apartment is cramped, carpeted (which i hate), and most importantly no air-conditioning. In their ad they state that it is air-conditioned, but what they provide is a in-room aircon that is not rated for the size of apartment and it requires a large exhasut hose routed via window so the hot air keeps coming in and the apartment never cools. Will never stay here.
