The room was spacious with an excellent kitchen for cooking meals. Gloucester Road Station is 5mins walk and there is a large supermarket next to the station.
The bathroom could do with some hooks to hang towels. There was only a very small heated towel rail which is too small to hold 2 bath towels and there is nowhere to hang a hand towel.

This was not my first stay at Ashburn Court Apartments, and once again I had a very good experience. This time, I booked a two-bedroom apartment, and it was excellent overall.
The apartment was very large, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is one of the biggest advantages of Ashburn Court and is extremely convenient for staying in London, especially for families.
The staff and reception team were friendly and helpful, and I also appreciated the level of security in the building. The apartment had plenty of space for our family, and overall it felt very comfortable and well maintained.
I would definitely stay here again.
There were only three points that I think could be improved.
First, the kitchen window was only partially covered/shaded. Because there are windows from the neighbouring building facing directly towards the kitchen, people from the upper floors could potentially see inside. I would strongly recommend fully covering or frosting this window to provide better privacy.
Second, when I made the reservation through Booking.com, it was not clearly mentioned that the apartment would be located on the basement/lower-ground level. The listing simply described it as a two-bedroom apartment. I only found out during check-in that it was on the basement level. I think this should be clearly mentioned during the booking process so guests know exactly what type of apartment and floor they are booking.
Finally, the washing machine could have been cleaner. One of the reasons I choose serviced apartments, especially when travelling with children, is to be able to use facilities such as the washing machine. After using it, I noticed small black particles/dust appearing on some of the clothes, which suggested that the machine needed a more thorough cleaning.
Apart from these points, everything else was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, secure, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. I have stayed here before and would happily come back again.

Location is walk distant from museums!
There was a brown stain on my bed. And also when I had a shower it wouldn’t drain. It was block. And the bathroom had mouldy ceiling! And the cups was dusty :(
