The property was in a fabulous location. Very easy to get around. We stayed there for 4 nights then went away for a few weeks and returned for another 5 nights. Both apartments we had were very nice.

The location was excellent, in a quiet neighbourhood that felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to the Underground. Knightsbridge and Harrods were also within walking distance. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the reservations team was efficient and quick to respond. Overall, a very convenient base for exploring London.
The furniture was dated and appeared to be the same as when I first stayed in 2012, with visible drink stains on the upholstery. The bedroom TV was old and had no internet connectivity. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. Tea, coffee and drinking water were not replenished at all during our two-week stay. Overall, the property needs more attention to refurbishment and updating. Given the price charged, the quality did not represent good value for money.
