Impressed by the warm and genuine Japanese hospitality. Service was sincere and personal without ever feeling excessive. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail really reflected the meaning of omotenashi.
We are very grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience authentic Japanese hospitality.

The in-room Kaiseki course was great as was the breakfast. We really appreciated that we got a different menu on the second day of our stay, which was not the case in other accommodations we stayed in this trip.
Staff was super helpful and friendly providing exceptional service. We enjoyed the in-room onsen and the overall vibe of the ryokan but also Kinosakionsen in general.
Totally recommend staying here also for ryokan first-timers. We‘ll keep this stay in fond memory!

From our arrival at the train station, everything was handled smoothly. An agent was looking for us at the train station when we arrived and directed us to the hotel. At the hotel, multiple staff managed every detail seamlessly.
The hotel is beautiful and is located so conveniently in town. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and kindness extended.
