The rooms were very big. There was a nice lobby and lounge area with free drinks 2 times a day. The onsen's are clean and very big. The buffet was good but crowded.
2 male staff members only were exceptionally helpful. They arranged for a taxi for me to get to the hospital and picked me up to get back to the hotel after taxi hours. Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!❤️

Just a short walk to the local spa's .
Loved the robes they let you use for the onsen.
Too many people. No shuttle to pick you up at the train station if you get there after 6pm. No taxis either if your train comes in late. You have to walk to the hotel. No English translation or voice mail on the phone if you try and call them.
English is the number one universal language that everyone uses but not in Japan.

夕食と朝食の品数が多くとても美味しかったです。
夜中の3時に何度もノックされ、部屋のチャイムも2回鳴らされ起こされました。事情を聞くと、「殺虫剤を持ってきてと電話したから来ました。」との事でしたが、私達は電話はしていません。寝ていました。その出来事でなかなか再度眠りにつくことが出来ませんでした。夜中の来室には特に気をつけて間違いがないようにすべきだと思います。
