The private onsen is so nice. You have to book the onsen in advance which is very convenient. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast is A MUST!!! please dont skip this. LOVE EVERYTHING!
A bit far from the train station, but I dont mind walking. The town is already small, so walking in short distance is totally fine.

It was in a great location, the traditional Japanese style with the sleeping floor mats was nice to experience, the hot baths in the hotel and access pass to the baths in the town was convenient. The meal on the first night was outstanding.
Overall the accommodation was clean but there were two beetles in our room when we first arrive which was a bit alarming considering we’d be sleeping on the floor.
Each night features a multi-course menu. The welcome meal was outstanding but the quality dropped significantly on the second night. On the third night the quality was better again but not as special as the first night.

Staying here was unlike anything we had ever done before. The hospitality and amenities were superb, the food was wonderful at every meal, and the location was a secluded gem. Highly recommend.
Simply, the indoor smoking can be smelled. I know this is a tricky situation!

Yuraku Kinosaki was an absolute and complete delight on our trip to Japan!
We were traveling with a group of meat-eater, vegetarian, and vegan diets. They were able to not only accommodate everyone, but also make amazing and creative dishes for everyone's diet. The meals were delicious, fun, and a great show of the local cuisine!
The rooms and on-site bathing options were fantastic. The view from our room was of the central garden and waterfall. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the falls!
The location is convenient and stunning, nestled into the hills of Kinosaki but also with immediate access to the main streets and public baths in town.
The biggest highlight was the staff at Yuraku. We missed our planned train meaning our arrival was delayed, but they still met us at the station to pick us up. The greeting at the ryokan was so comforting after a long travel day. Everyone was immensely kind and helpful throughout our stay (and they were very generous with my attempts to communicate in Japanese)! A special shout-out to our server during our first dinner, Nose Ayumi, who made the meal such a delight!
We could not recommend Yuraku more! We will always remember our time spent here and cannot wait to return in the future!
There is nothing bad we have to say about our stay. It was perfect!
