Location, double glazing, comfy bed
No cups, no glasses, no tea/coffee facilities, no soap in shower dispenser, scratchy towels, no help getting to airport. Never saw reception humans.

The location is definitely unbeatable, right in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town.
However, the room was extremely small and, unfortunately, very damp, with a strong and unpleasant smell. The smell was particularly noticeable in the bathroom and had even penetrated the towels. Turning on the AC did not help, as it also emitted a terrible smell, as if it had not been properly cleaned.
I also found a mysterious stain on the bed sheets. I tried to go to the reception to have them changed, but unfortunately there was nobody there.
