The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town, with restaurants, pintxo bars, and many of the city’s main attractions just steps away.”
The arrival instructions could have been a little clearer. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the guesthouse is located on the second floor and that the rooms are on the same level. Having this information beforehand would have made our arrival and initial check-in a little easier.

Room was clean and comfortable with air con, which was controllable in the room not centrally or timed. Nice little balcony overhanging the quaint streets
Not the hotels fault but note that the old town is vibrant at night and you might hear people late at night, the businesses then have to restock in the mornings, this is not a criticism just advice

Hot shower good, beds firmly comfortable, staff tidied up even when we said it was ok to leave things as they were until end. Location excellent for our purposes.
Opaque toilet and shower doors that allowed outlines to be seen - little privacy among family group. Slightly too little room for two. Outlook was industrial - window doors were misted as view poor.
