The staff was very helpful and I really appreciated that they were able to hold a large suitcase for two nights while I visited Tainan. The free laundry was also a plus. It was very easy to get to Hinoen from the Taoyuan Airport train and only about 300 NTD to take a taxi to Songshan Airport. It's a great base for sightseeing around Taipei.
The rooms have concrete walls so the feeling is a little cold. It's also not very soundproof between rooms and I could hear the toddler next door at times during the day. Some of the bathrooms have weird layouts; the first room I stayed in was fine but the second had doors that opened into each other and a bathtub that could only be accessed from the foot of the tub via that shower. As a single traveler it didn't matter much, but I could see it being annoying with two people or for someone with mobility issues.

We booked the executive room hoping to have a good night’s sleep before our long flights, end up didn’t sleep well at all and feeling super tired during our flights.
The bed was not comfortable at all. Material felt cheap. Worst thing is when one person moves it moves the whole bed and wake the other person up. I’m upset about paying a lot of money for a bad night’s sleep.
