Budget accommodation in the old city, easy to walk to all the major attractions.
Ensuite did not include a toilet, a minor inconvenience, toilet was close by but a shared facility.

Wonderful hotel! The room had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, AC, fan, fridge, hairdryer, good plumbing, and plenty of space for clothes and belongings. The staff was incredibly friendly - a huge thank you for the early check-in, as we were able to settle in by 11:00 AM! They also easily stored our luggage after check-out.
The location is in the very heart of the Gothic Quarter. The atmosphere is awesome, but keep in mind the night-time vibe right under the windows - singing and distinct herbal aromas all night long 🙂
A funny little moment with the cheese and pineapple we accidentally left in the fridge: when I returned to pick up our bags and went to the washroom area to change clothes, I was surprised to spot my cheese sitting right there on the table (though the pineapples were already gone) 😄 Of course, it would have been nice if forgotten items were simply returned, knowing we were coming back for our luggage, but I couldn't leave the cheese behind - it was clearly waiting for me!

Location
Should get a refund! The noise is a serious concern. Mold around shower base. The doors are not insulated with Lino hallway floors so everything echoes. Residents do not respect door slamming loud drunk 2-3 am talk. Then the staff starts at 6:30 in the morning making more noise. I read previous reviews so I bought earplugs that did not work. The area smelled like sewer all through the visit. The shower is a 30”x30” small square. The worst thing NO WHERE ON BOOKING OR HOTEL says it is a Hostel UNTIL AFTER YOU PAY. Literally the name of this place is not Pension Coral they have a sign that says “HOSTEL CORAL”.
