The location of the hotel was amazing and the overall friendliness of the staff was second to none. checking in and out was a seamless process and storage of keys is an excellent system. All staff were amazing and spoke a variety of languages. The room had excellent air conditioning and balconies overlooking the street. one of the best establishments in all of Barcelona and Europe.
The only issue experienced during our stay was a momentary power cut across a few rooms, the staff were quick to sort the issue in less than 10 minutes, again showing their high level of service and overall brilliance

The location was very good, with most attractions and places within walking distance. It could sometimes be noisy outside, but with the windows closed it was fine. Thankfully, the room had air conditioning, which was very useful.
The biggest problem was the Wi-Fi. They provided three different Wi-Fi options, each with unnecessarily complicated passwords that felt more like security codes, yet none of them worked properly and I had almost no signal in my room. When I reported this to reception, I was simply told that they had no problem with the internet, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. Guests were also noisy in the corridor during the night, and reception did not seem to intervene. The building, bathroom, and toilet were quite old and definitely in need of renovation. There is also no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself, and the reception does not offer any help with it. Also, every time you leave the hotel, you have to hand your room key to reception and collect it again when you return, which is unnecessarily inconvenient. Considering the price I paid, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
