Excellent location for what we wanted to visit in area.
Staff were friendly throughout stay.
Food was very good.
The main issue was standard of housekeeping. Whilst the linen on the bed was fresh and clean as were the towels, the cleaning of the room wasn’t good. Biscuit found under bedside table and the tops of skirting boards, especially around bed were covered in clumps of dust.

Easy parking, frequent bus service, near to places we wanted to visit
The stairs could have done with a hoover!

It was spacious easy to find a lovely location right next door to the churston railway station on the Paignton to Dartmouth heritage line 2 mile from Brixham.
Nothing really about the property the taxi service isn’t the best and is expensive but the traffic situation from Brixham to the pub only being 2 miles away isn’t fantastic but highly recommended the pub and the staff absolutely lovely .

The property was on the main bus route close to the stops.A very friendly place to stay. Very friendly staff especially the breakfast young man with hair.
Coming back on foot after dark, the car park lights were out, hard to see where you were stepping.
