The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring Paris, with many attractions, restaurants, cafés and bakeries nearby. The service was good and overall the hotel is pleasant.
The main downsides were the room size and maintenance. Even though we booked a Deluxe Double Room, it was very small with limited storage. The hot-water faucet and shower were leaking, and one of the windows was broken and could not be opened. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our stay.
Cleanliness could also be improved. A few towels and bedsheets had visible stains, which was disappointing.

We loved our stay to Hotel R de Paris. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean. The location is closed to Opera and on a quiet street. We loved our stay and we would like to return.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel R de Paris. The hotel is stylish, clean and comfortable, with a great location that makes it easy to explore Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the boutique atmosphere. The rooms are a little compact, which is quite typical for Paris, but overall it was a very good experience and a hotel I would happily recommend.
The room was a little smaller than expected, and the soundproofing could be improved, but these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall stay.
