Very central location in a busy area but extremely quiet room - couldn’t hear a thing at night. Amenities were really good, big breakfast selection, nice gym and my room had everything I needed - a safe, toiletries, towels, coffee, water, etc. Bed was very comfortable. Cleaning staff very friendly. Reception staff were very helpful booking me a taxi the night before I left and answering any questions I had.

Located in the old Gothic area making walking everywhere easy. Shopping, tours and many restaurants in area. The Gothic area is considered lively so it can get noisy, however the hotel provides earplugs. A fantastic Breakfast and a variety of coffees and waters are provided. Also the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast, easy access to major landmarks.
Noisy at night up to 3-5 am even on weekdays. Not easy to sleep with sounds of shouting and laughter of the carousers of the placa Reial nightclubs!
Hotel provides not too useful earplugs!!
