Centrally located, easy contactless checkin/out process, comfortable bed and lounging area, fully equipped kitchen.
No assigned parking and, although not a deal breaker, we had the ground floor street side apt. which was on a fairly busy street.

How can you beat waking up right next to Brauð & Co? Scores of people from all over the city came to wait in line, and we just had to hop out our front door for the delicious pastries. The apartment was quite spacious, well decorated, had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay that felt like home away from home. We brought our two young boys (ages 2 and 5) and they were plenty comfortable and happy, as well!

Could not be in a better location, including a lovely bakery literally next door with awesome cinnamon rolls.

The location
I was traveling with 2 kids, and I got the ground floor apartment. We could listen to everything going on in the street and people passing by talking. Also the cleaning was not the best. There was a big clump of hair in the shower drain.
