Staff very friendly and helpful at all times
Full English breakfast was very over cooked but they did have a power cut so we couldn’t have beans with our breakfast. Not their fault but the breakfast that came out before the power cut was very poor and over cooked hash brown was oily and hard bacon you couldn’t even cut it. Apart from the fact that it was not there fault everything was perfect

Its an exceptional building...crammed with charm and history . Its in an exceptional location for everything in Lacock .
That the towel rail was on in the middle of a heatwave 🥵

Beautiful historical building in a lovely village. Bed very comfortable.
Superior king bedroom very small and in need of some maintenance. Not the room we were expecting. Description led us to believe it had a seating area and a sofa bed. It did not and didn’t have space for either. No television.
