Perfect for exploring Reykjavík and very close to tour pick up point. Clean and furnished well for the three of us. It was not a problem for us but the small bedroom was accessed via the main bedroom.
Single glazing resulted in high condensation, not too bad to manage, but needed to be sorted every morning (really surprise windows were not double glazed). That said it did not detract from our stay. A couple of coat hooks would have helped.

Great stay! The apartment was charming and beautifully decorated, in an excellent location close to everything. The host was friendly and welcoming. It had what we needed for our time in Reykjavík.

The location is great! The host is friendly and helpful, prompt to reply to our queries.
We didn’t read the fine lines properly, and ended up realizing there is no free parking at the property. There is PAID street parking in front or on the street Make sure you park at the P3 zones. The parking in P3 zones are chargeable from 9 am to 6pm Mon to Fri. After 6pm or before 9 am it is free. Use the Parka app. If you park at P1 or P2 zones the parking is chargeable from 9 am to 9 pm even in weekends!
Do note also that there are no toiletries provided unlike other homes where we have stayed in Iceland.

The good part is that is really close to the city center.
There is a really big fee for cleaning but the kitchen was not clean (microwaves, Owen, cupboards). Also pay attention that there is no photo with the bathroom, that is really small and the entrance to the bathroom is from the kitchen). Also, the two bedrooms are communicating, no intimacy if you are not family.
