Great location right next to Biot station, with exceptionally friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
Room maintenance and cleaning were disappointing. One day our room was completely overlooked, and on other days the floor remained dirty and covered with sand from the previous day. Several times the bed was made, but the towels were not replaced.

We - 2 adults and 3 kids - had adjoining rooms and really had a nice stay. It was hot and humid but we took advantage of the space and pool to try to cool off. great breakfast and comfy rooms
For us, the pool was great - lifeguard and not very deep - but some might get the impression that it is a full sized pool for dozens of adults. And the distance to the beach is technically accurate although you need a few more steps to make the trip under the train tracks to get there (this is not an exception to other hotels, they are almost all like this).

Friendly staff and facility had lot to offer. We loved that it was directly across from the beach and was only a seven minute walk. We spent the night on the beach watching Nice light up in the distance. It was a main highlight for us.
Location was far from everything. The train to the Biot station was hard to figure out at first because our first train skipped it and it would have been an hour walk in 30°c heat.
