The staff was friendly. The location is perfect. The room was very spacious with a little balcony.
Lack of shampoo and shower gel.
The 2 mini size ones offered are enough for 1 shower each.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
The room was very noisy. The windows faced the street, and it felt like there was almost no sound insulation. There is also a bar downstairs, so it was difficult to avoid the noise.
The shower area could be better maintained, and there was nowhere convenient to hang or dry towels. The shelf above the toilet wasn’t very practical for that purpose. Only hand soap was provided. There were a few toiletry bottles in the bathroom, but they looked used, so we didn’t feel comfortable using them.

Staff was very helpful and provided clean sheets and towels when I asked as I stayed for a longer period of time. The location is perfect, close to Sagrada Familia and metro station Verdaguer, with nice coffeeshops around for breakfast.
The entrance of the floor looked pretty old and beaten up, it could do with a renovation. Same goes for the bathroom. This was in desperate need of renovation, although I could perfectly use the shower and other facilities. So it is functional. Be aware there is a school next to the building, which means you can hear the children during the morning. I didn't mind, it didn't bother me.
