Clean, comfy accomdation. I was delighted that they could do a load of washing for us too. Beds very comfortable. Location in city perfect for walking out to find food both in supermarkets and some excellent street food vans.
Directions for parking i think are out of date. There is a very close car park (payments needed 10am-5pm) which is very convenient, and this would be helpful to add to instructions for arrival.

Close to main city center, easy check in/out, host had sent clear instructions finding the apartment on 4th floor
There is no onsite parking, we were told there is free parking space in front of B16 but that was construction going there. We were able to find paid parking space couple blocks around the building.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of town and just around the corner from Hof, the taxi rank and all the shops, bars and cafes. Due to the early arrival of our flight we popped in to enquire if we could leave our bags somewhere before we were able to check-in later that afternoon. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and offered to see if our apartment was ready, which indeed it was! So, at 11am we were given the keys and able to drop off our bags before our first walk around the local area - excellent service! Great facilities and very warm (possibly too much so!) and cosy.
All good apart from we found the apartment too warm - even when we turned the thermostat down it remained very warm. Also, due to the melting snow on the roof directly above the entrance, we got wet every time we locked or unlocked the front door!! Only a minor thing, but some guttering above the door would be good - probably fine on dry days!! The noise from the apartment next door was quite loud during the first night.
