Beds were comfortable and location is good.
Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it. Maid was disappointing. Didn’t keep bathroom stocked with TP and sometimes left water but not consistent. Also neighborhood dogs barked a lot.

The property was located close to the Sagrada Família and also in a quiet spot, it was easy to get around either walking, via the metro or Ubers etc.

The breakfast was very delightful! And there was a self-serve espresso machine at the entrance. Very lovely.
The staff was very helpful. Actually, a customer in front of me was needing help trying to find a bank he could use, and the woman doing the check-ins provided very high level service for him. Also, when I needed something printed, the man working the desk at night happily printed it for me.
I also loved that the air conditioning worked so well.
The entrance was in a small street (an alleyway by American standards), but it felt safe there.
The fridge didn't work very well :(

Great location and staff members were very nice. Appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby
The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was run down. There were water stains on the shower floor and the toilet scrubber was in the bathroom in the corner. Also I found it odd that the body wash dispenser was positioned on the wall next to the sink I guess to be used as hand soap but if you wanted to use it in the shower as actual body wash you had to get out of the shower to get it, hold it in your hand, and then walk back into the shower. Just weirdly inconvenient.
