This boutique hotel was awesome, with a great location by the river, super friendly staff, and very individual, nice rooms. We could only stay for one night, but would have stayed longer if we could. Would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Puerto Vallarta.

First, Evan, the front desk person was amazing, very friendly and hospitable. He even carried my 2 big heavy suitcases to my room which was so nice. He took time to show me around the property and the room. Next day, the lady at the front desk was also very nice and hospitable and was kind enough to allow me to check out at 12pm instead of 11am since my flight back to the states was at 4pm. Overall am amazing experience. Thanks again

Maybe the jacuzzi to have fresh water more often.

Old converted mansion with lots of character. Location is great.
Bath was open to the bedroom and windows to the outside, absolutely no privacy. Had to walk up over 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Cat clawing at the door to get inside, and very persistent.
