We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Torquay and would highly recommend it!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a warm smile. The lady at reception was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the hotel staff were also very kind, respectful, professional and always willing to help whenever we needed anything.
Our room was spacious and lovely, with clean bed linen, a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. We also had a beautiful sea view, which made our stay even more special.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. For us, it deserves a 10 out of 10 without hesitation! I will definitely recommend it to all my friends, and if we visit Torquay again, we will absolutely stay at this hotel once more.
We especially loved the atmosphere in the evenings and the live music. The singers who performed on Saturday and Sunday evening were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so lovely and memorable. We really enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back! ❤️

Very welcoming staff, lovely ambience including other guests who stayed were also very nice and polite.
The shower temperature unfortunately fluctuates and scalded both myself and partner so didn’t get to shower the kids unfortunately.

The location was great and reasonably priced hotel.
The staff were very helpful and tac great service
The hotel itself is very tired and in need of updating. Room was pretty poor condition.
