The old silk village architecture and greenery was absolutely amazing! The coconut coffee at the pool is very good!

Great location and breakfast, amazing staff - especially Kristine, who supported and helped us having the best stay possible! She was the highlight of our stay, her service was outstanding, she anticipated our needs and helped whenever she saw a need, without us asking. She helped with reservations and bookings, recommended local places and truly made our stay unforgettable!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Signature M Village Hoi An and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere that made our stay feel truly relaxing.
A special mention has to go to Hien, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Her warm personality and genuine care really made a difference and stood out to us.
But that’s not to take away from the rest of the team who were always amazing, the reception staff look after you like you are old family, the maintenance and cleaning staff we super friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff we all incredibly kind and helpful.
We would absolutely recommend Grand Signature M Village Hoi An to anyone visiting Hoi An and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team, for such a wonderful sttay! ❤️

The resort feels like a retreat, close to the city. I really liked the calm vibes and amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They even decorated our room specially. There is also a gallery, spa and cafe in the property.
