Easy to find and good location in the town
WiFi was ok when in the restaurant and bar but non-existent when in the bedrooms.

Location was great. Problems were sorted promptly and courteously. Parking was easy.

We liked the location. The accessible king room that we were allocated was large and clean. Plenty of towels with a good shower. We found the bar good for a meal and we utilized the meal deal. The staff checked a number of times during our stay that the food and everything else was okay. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was no known problem with parking during our 2 night stay as we updated our details every time we returned to the hotel. There was nearby parking only a few minutes away that was free after 6 PM that could have been used if the the small hotel car park was full.
We were concerned about booking this hotel because of the previous reviews about parking problems and fines, We found that some of the signage about which bays were for disabled badge holders could be improved. We were not 100% sure when parking and had to speak to the staff. We found the king room allocated was very hot on the first night after shutting the small window, but was a bit cooler on the second night when leaving it open.
