Nested between two parks (Terra Nostra across the road, Dona Beatriz do Canto in the back of the property), the location is perfect for discovering Furnas. The room was nice and clean, with a terrace connected to the pool, which we also used every day.
The lady owner was such a good host and welcoming, even without english we could communicate everything important.
I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Great walking distance to everywhere. The owner was sweet. Beautiful place, very well taken care of.
I am allergic to cleaning chemicals, and the place is VERY VERY CLEAN! so I had a hard time with the laundry scent of the towels and sheets. We prefer having private parking (though street parking turned out to be convenient) and we prefer a more accessible private bathroom (this one was out of our room and downstairs). But we knew that and accepted it.

Great location. Super clean. Lovely deck and sitting area
The host accused us of purposely damaging property. The bathroom mirror fell from the hooks after less than 10 minutes of our arrival. The mirror was in the bathroom which was not occupied at the time. This caused unkind words from the host and her expectation that we pay the damages. We were in no way responsible for this mishap. This incident caused tention during our stay.
