Hotel con encanto, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos del centro.

Todo; limpieza, trato del personal, a 5 minutos del centro, patio precioso, fácil para aparcar en la misma calle.

Un viaje en familia perfecto

Estaba todo perfecto. Fuimos con un bebé y nos pusieron todas las facilidades. Había café y agua de cortesía, se aparcaba fácil y al lado del centro. Estuvimos muy a gusto y muy cómodos.

Por ponerle un fallo, la presión del agua de la ducha era bastante flojita, pero se puede vivir con eso :)

A Real Gem

Good communication with the host from the outset on arrival time as not staffed all the time. Very friendly welcome. A genuine urban boutique hotel with character. Lovely garden and terrace. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. Honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Easy access to room with a key (not always the case). Straightforward safety deposit box, again with a key. Very good air con and wifi. Superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town.

Limited wardrobe space but probably ok for a short stay. See through WC and shower - needs more obscure glass for the WC.

Nice location and back garden

Small and calm hotel with Excellent location to go to the center, restaurants and bars 5-10 min walk. Also, close to buses stations to move around 15min walk. Not fare from plaça des borns if you go before high season, less buses deserving Calas so you can get a taxi on the taxi station is this place. Comfy bed. Nice back garden and common area to have a tea or coffee. Friendly and available staff.

Not much hot water.

a hidden gem in a beautiful city

location superclose to the center of Ciutadella! and the access to the hidden garden was a big surprise! Paola the wonderful host is so helpful! we would love to come back soon. 5 stars stay

Fresh room & perfect location!

Perfect location! Minutes walk from the Cathedral,shops & restaurants Lovely helpful staff, really clean rooms. Great little outside space too Highly recommend & would book again!

Position, calm. Paola (the receptionist) was very kind.

There where a lot of dead mosquitoes/insects everywhere (on the bed, under the bed, under the pillow etc…)

A very clean and comfortable hotel with comfortable beds & plenty of pillows, soap & shampoo provided. Located just a few minutes walk from the old town & great restaurants in Placa del Pins. The deck in the garden is a lovely place to have a glass of wine in the evening.

A very relaxing stay in the heart of Ciutadella

The hotel was well located, close to the center of Ciutadella: we could easily walk to all the main attractions of the city. The staff was really really nice and warm, and they helped us with all our needs. The room was well equiped and the patio/garden of the hotel was a very relaxing place to spend some time and give a walk.

We enjoyed our stay quite a lot and don't have many negatives to point out. The only thing we can suggest to improve a little would be to have in the room some more places where we could put our bags, clothes.. (ex: a bigger table)
