So comfortable and perfect!!

Great location!!! Room was amazing and very comfy. There was a washing machine which was so helpful. Owner was so helpful. I loved it!! Would recommend to everyone.

Basic apartment in excellent location

Excellent location - just a 10min walk to city center and main attractions, nice neighborhood with many cafes and bars. Air conditioner in the room worked perfectly and was much appreciated. Shower had hot water.

Kitchen could be a bit better equipped (a second cup and some oil for example); Shower was very small (for someone bigger maybe a bit tight); Better instructions for throwing out trash at the end of the stay would've been great (we had some trouble finding the dumpsters that were supposed to be in front of the building).

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

The apartments was fantastic, very clean and both the bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The location is great, just over the bridge from the main square and there's lots of bars and restaurants near. The communication was great, Marianna gave clear instructions and sent videos of where to get the keys from which is in a key safe under the balcony. 10/10 and would recommend to all my family and friends! Thankyou :)

awful night in dirty apartment with a terrible landlord

I experienced this awful stay last night. I was about to come to the hotel after a long way from Poland. I informed booking about it. after arriving to the localization (which was terrible!!! next to hundreds of bars full of drunk people!!) I called the person who was about to give us the key. she didn’t speak English at all. She started to SHOUT AT ME in Italian which I didn’t speak and telling me that she can only click one booking button and we are out and at midnight we have no hotel. it was such a crazy woman! after a long argument we finally took us to the hotel… I was more than disappointed. I took a glass for wine and it was dirty - same as the shower, the apartment wasn’t really cleaned after last visitors. I would never ever recommend this place for anybody. it was not only expensive for this price - it wasn’t worth even half of it. Never ever again in my life!

awful

this apartment is really dark has no windows and a generally cold feeling. the apartment is located on the ground floor down a lane and you can hear footsteps walking outside all night. feels very unsafe . the apartment is also located on a university campus and the decor is old and not nice . I would not recommend staying here it is a long walk to the centre of Verona , and the fact there is no natural light in the apartment is a downside , there was also no washing machine and it is difficult to communicate with host as there is a language barrier - also this apartment is very very difficult to find I really would not stay here again there was no positives about our stay hwrw

The location is perfect. The place was clean. The host met us at the apartment. I recommend this place.

Not worth it even for the price.

The location was good.

It was noisy, run down and had not had a deep clean in a long time. The bed was very hard along with the pillows. The shower had no pressure and was cold. It just dripped out the head. I travel and stay in cheap accommodation alot, this is one of the worst. Just avoid.

A much needed break from reality

The location is simply flawless: it's very close to the river Adige (and the main bus stations, and the city centre), right next to the University of Verona and very close to the Roman theater and several museums. It was really quiet, but simultaneously I was never afraid to walk there alone late at night, as there are several cafes in the vicinity which are working well into the night. The room has everything you might need and even more: a well-equipped kitchen, a water-boiler, necessary utensils. As a lovely bonus, I also found a pack of good coffee and salt=). And, of course, about the hosts: they are great people who are always ready to come to your rescue! I arrived late, and Kalib, a sweet soul, went to get me a bottle of water-) a simple and yet very touching act of hospitality, I appreciated that a lot. Overall, a nice place for week-long or even long-term visits!

Some things (like the stove or the shower cabin) may seem pretty basic, but they are functioning and clean, so for me it was totally fine.

Value For Money,Walking Distance to City Centre,Good for Just 1 -2 day Stay

Friendly host ,but doesnt know Engilish ,wrong google maps pinned but we find easly because we have read the comments before.

Bathroom was unheated.

Ideal for one or two travellers for short stay - comfortable, clean and well situated

Easy access to City Centre and Arena (20 minute walk) - quiet area, adequate furnishing and equipment for my needs. Not too bad a walk from bus/train station to get airport shuttle - taxi probably not too expensive if not wanting to walk.

There was not really anything I did not like. Could have better outside lighting as easy to trip or fall in dark coming from apartment down the stairs to the yard and then to the street but phone torch helped here. All worked well for me - would stay here again.
