The property is very centrally located in Louise. It is a very short distance to the sanctuary and easily walkable. There are also lots of good restaurants and facilities nearby. The hotel itself is very well appointed, it is clean, the bedrooms are very well decorated. Bedrooms are also air-conditioned which was incredibly useful during the heat when I was visiting. The room also has a refrigerator which is also useful for keeping drinks cool and cold. The staff are very helpful and polite. If you ever needed any help or assistance getting a taxi or finding information out locally the staff are incredibly helpful.

Our room was clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. We had AC. We had a nice view of the river and town. The building has an elevator. The spa was nice and private. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and multilingual. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel, which was convenient to go to the train station. Everything we wanted to do was walking distance from our hotel. The Sanctuary was a 10 min walk or so.
